I have connected a Plantronics EncorePro HW510 headset to a Cisco 7925G wireless phone via a QD to 2.5mm lead (Part no. 65287-01). The headset icon appears on the phone display when connected, but the volume through the headset is very low, even with the headset volume set to its highest.The phone is using firmware CP7925G-1.4.8.4.LOADS. Doing an Audio diagnostics outputs the ring tone through the headset but at a low volume again.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
