PLAR on Cisco 7841 SIP phone with EM

Hello,

I have configured PLAR on 7841 phone at line 3. Also applied SIP dial rule to phone. PLAR setup is working when EM is not in use. But when users login, pressing button 3 does not do anything.

 

it looks like PLAR is not working on SIP phones with EM. Please suggest if there is any workaround for this.

My CUCM version is 10.5

also check the bug ID, seems no fix as yet

I have seen this bug ID, but my setup is working on Cisco 8961 SIP phone with EM. I am only facing issue with Cisco 7841 SIP phones. Also My PLAR line is configured on line 3 of UDP and SIP dial rule also configured for PLAR on button 3. I am not facing any issue using Line 1 or 2.
