Hello guys,
Our client has a requirement that they need to have an automatic calling feature to automatically contact multiple users on predetermined numbers, and play a prerecorded message.
I believe this can be done by Cisco Paging, but they don't have this. So what is the best workaround for this scenario? Can we use Cisco Unity for this in any way? Any other ideas please.

1) You need to use Outbound dealer feature of UCCX to dial out and play prerecorded message.

Other Options
You can use Cisco Unity Connection Call Handler & play the prerecorded message. But problem here is it cannot dial automatically

Hi @Essam Butt ,
This is typical scenario of an IVR campaign for Outbound Dialer, existing in CCE..
You need to configure dialer and but cisco dialer ports to achieve so
