One of our customer wants to play message before ring the phones. we have random 400 numbers where he wants to play the message.
I know this is possible with UCCX but we have CUCM 11.5, CUC 11.5 and different voice gateways. Any workaround on this.
TCL or a 3rd party apps are the best options, with only CUC and CUCM you can, but would need to configure that call flow individually for all 400 phones
For TCL, how it is possible. I have random numbers in that DID range. In that TCL script can I add multiple numbers to play msg.
Either you create dial-peers to match those, or add the validation based on the DN in the script.
