I am asking for help configuring a 7914 Expansion Module on an existing 7960 phone. I have tried everything but have limited knowledge of the system and am asking someone to provide me with a step by step process (7914 for dummies so to speak). I have no idea how to configure the UC500 system to allow the addition of this module. Thank you in advance.
