I suggest you post screen shots of CUCM device and DN configuration, End User configuration and Polycom Settings --> Line, and Server1.

Samuel,
I'm fighting the same issue. CX5500 and CUCM 10.5. Occasionally, I can get SIP registration rejected in CallManager, but tend to get the following in the CX5500.
0301142332|sip |*|00|Sip Register Usr:8611 Dsp:8611 Auth:'Using Login Cred' Inx:0
0301142332|sip |*|00|Fast Boot Measurement Point: Ready for Call, uptime: 94.402 sec.
0301142333|sip |4|00|CTcpSocket::Abandon - TLS Listen Thread has exited. Process further to abandon this socket
0301142333|sip |4|00|CTcpSocket::Abandon connected socket. Send Message 0x2aef2a08
0301142333|sip |4|00|Registration failed User: 8611, Error Code:404 Not Found
I followed your screen shots pretty closely, but couldn't tell if you followed Chris' recommendations other than just getting down to a single server. Do you have anymore configuration guidance?
Thanks,
Tom

I have integrated quite a few different Polycom phones with CUCM. Did you point the Polycom phone correctly to the SIP destination (CUCM server)? Assigned the digest user on the phone in CUCM and on the Polycom config page?
Is your display name on the Polycom config defined as the extension, matching what it is on CUCM?

yes. status seems rejected. this is what I am seeing from polycom logs..

No need to configure server 2 as Polycom phones at this time cannot do any redundancy with CUCM servers.
Change transport to "DNSnaptr"
Change identification to "Private" from shared
Change Authentication to Enable and ensure the user matches what is on CUCM

Thanks Chris. I tried with one server and it registered...
