Have a configuration at a Customer site where we have some Tandberg SX20's and PolyCom HDX units.
All the Tandberg units are at the current relase levels and the PolyCom's are fairly current.
All are registered to a VCS Controller as is a MCU5310.
What is interesting is that when I have the Polycom call a Tandberg unit they negociate 4SIF for the Video format and we get good clear video
But when I have the same units call into the bridge, the video goes to SIF no matter what I seem to do for the PolyCom. On the PolyCom the video looks almost blurred while the Cisco Video is very clear.
The only way that I seem to be able to get the better video on the PolyCom is to reboot the MCU into HD mode which kiils the number of video seats that are needed in general.
Besides the obvious of replacing the Polycoms with Tandberg, does anyone know of any configurations "tricks" on either the Tandberg MCU or on the PolyCom's?
