Anyway to DL SCCP firmware to it or Am I going to have to go SIP

no skinny only SIP but works fine

I have followed the guide listed by Steffen.Baier above using CUCM 8.5 and a IP4000 and it works perfectly.

I spent/wasted two days looking for this process so grab it will its still available here.
