Polycom Trio 8800 not sending video or content

I have a Polycom Trio 8800 visual pro setup, primarily used with Skype for business but have added Webex as a button. I am able to join Webex meetings from the room system but other participants on the call cannot see my video or any content I share.

 

I suspect it is a codec setting issue but any help much appreciated.

How do you have it setup for Webex? Third party SIP with expressway?

If so, are you able to do a point to point video call with another CUCM endpoint? Than can you go into settings and take out the following from Settings > Codec Priorities > Video:
H.265
H.264 HP
H.264 HP PacketizationMode0

I was getting audio only in Expressways calls till these were removed.
