Polycom VVX 1500

I have a callmanager 7.1.5 tryimg to get a Polycom VVX 1500 registered and I cannot get the phone to r

egister. I get a registration rejected on the callmanager.

Any config or help would be appreciated

Hi,

Do you have Polycom UC Software

Version # 3.1.2 or higher?

http://www.polycom.com/products/voice/interoperability/platform_compatibility_vvx.html

Also try to select Standard SIP Profile
and make sure to use client configuration with DN as Username and End User as Authentication name
