Poor calls to automated answer

I have been seeing a large number of calls which are being graded as "poor" by multiple sources in our environment. After analyzing the data from these calls it appears that there is a commonality between them. All of these calls that are being graded "poor" are calls that are reaching some form of IVR or speech attendant. In addition the call statistics themselves show 0 latency, 0 jitter, and 0 packet loss. I am not sure why these calls are being graded poorly when they go to these automated numbers?
