End user has CUCM 10.5 in central site working fine , some days ago a remote site was added but FAC (forced aut code) does not work.
In central site FAC works fine. Does any of you know the ports number used for FAC?
We think that some ports are blocked.
There's no port number associated to FAC, it's up to the phone protocol, SIP or SCCP.
Is very weird because sip phones are registered, they can call to central site, they can call to PSTN number etc
Gather CUCM traces and see what's happening, you'll need to see the FAC process and the DTMFs.
