Possibility register Xerox IP Fax to Call Manager

Hi Folks

I want to know the possibility to register Xerox IP Fax directly to Call Manager using 3rd party SIP device.

Is anyone successful with this scheme ? :

Internal Test

Xerox IP Fax -> Call Manager (using 3rd Party SIP) ->Xerox IP Fax   

External Test

Xerox IP Fax -> Call Manager (using 3rd Party SIP) -> Router VG 2821 (register using MGCP to Call Manager) -> PSTN -> Analog Fax.

Or Is there any other way to implement Fax IP in Call Manager environment without Fax Server.

Yes, it should be possible to do that.

Better would be using H.H.323 or SIP, so the VG could communicate directly with the fax using T.38 without complications and issues of MGCP.

What are the 'complications and issues' of MGCP as it regards T.38 in your mind?  I am curious?
