i have a problem with a customer and not continue to help me.
Customer willl have an emergency button on the phone to make emergency calls.
The calls are one-sided, only the receiver hears the sender.
I have solve this with the intercom function in callmanager 7.1.5.
User A push the emergency button and place direct a calls on User B with auto answer on speakerphone.
User B hears only User A over auto answer on speakerphone.
The problem is that the CP8961 phone make a short Beep/Zip tone when we initiate a auto answer call.
The attacker will then be alerted by the emergency call.
Is it possible to deactivate the short beep/zip tone at the initiator side of the emergency call and to enable it on the receiver side?
Is it even possible to disable the tone?
I unfortunately found nothing to.
