Is there a Cisco access switch feature to disable a switchport if a device is attached directly to the port and it is not a Cisco phone?

you want to disbale from POE power that it is giivng when plug up ip phone

if you are plugging nay non ip phone device, for saving part use the commands:

under switch interface:

#int fa 0

# no poe power

exit

please check the commands for this aprt under interface.
