Hii experts,,
When I dial throught the analoge line in the VG and the other party hang up the the his phone, if I letft the line up hte call will not end and the analoge line port will still up for along time ..PLZ if ther is any config. in the VG to the analog port to cancel the active call on it after the destination hang up

Note unless you're in the US, only the tone-based configuration can help. The best way anyway si to use isdn line that never have the problem.

I have a simialr problem with an IP Communicator , if the calling external person clears down the IP communicator phone stays up unless the ipt person clears down as well - any ideas . I`m calling from a Analogue line in a house

sorry calling from a house analogue line to DID on the the ccm which uses E1 from the local telco
