powered by Jabber Call or Chat

Email received an email from their Cisco Account Manager.  Under his signature it had a Call or Chat logo with powered by Jabber  See attached.

What is that ? Jabber Cloud? Or something via WebEx? Customer asked if that was something they could deploy internally or this is a Cisco only special?

The feature your are referring to is called "Jabber Guest".  Here is the link that talks about Jabber Guest.
