Prefix code dialling within the same cluster of CUCM

I would like to, if all to cisco ip phone is registered to the same cluster of cucm.

is it possible to definated them to call each other by using the prefix code?

Example:

Phone A call to Phone B by using 4 XXXX

Phone B call to Phone A by using 5 XXXX

But phont A & Phone B is register under same cluster of CUCM?

Yes its possible to use site code dialing to your dial-plan.
