Currently we are running CUCM 7.1.5 and would like to upgrade software version 8.5. We have activated UCSS-UCM for 500 users and mapped to ESW contract ID, My query is that when we order the CUCM 8.5 upgrade through PUT can we choose a e-delivery instead of Physical delivery. if yes how many days does it take to receive e- delivery ? what are all the deliverables in e-delivery ? what about the media kit( shall we need to down load from Cisco Site) ?
