Presence indicator missing 8800 Series CUCM 11.0(1)

Hi,

we installed a new CUCM IM&P 11.0(1) (no upgrade) and presence for Cisco Jabber is working fine.

What we miss in the 8841 phones is an indicator next to a username, which shows the presence status.

It's completly missing, we also have a CUCM IM & P 10.5 where we didnt do anything and the indicator was there from the first second.

And I dont mean that it doesnt show the status, I mean it's not shown at all.

Was the indicator deleted on the firmware 11.0(1)? On our other installation the firmware is 10-3-1-20.

Do we have to do anything special to let the phones show that indicator?

I attached a picture of the working phone to point out what indicator I mean. :)

This is not enabled by default. You need to toggle BLF for Call Lists on under Enterprise Parameters.
