Presence on cisco phone 7940

hi,

i cant get presence on 7940 from directories like missed calls etc.

if i setup a blf speed dial, the presence works.

presence are ok for other phones like 7942, 8945 or 8845

anyone knows if this feature works on 7940

This feature is not supported on 7940/7960. See the following link which states:

"The BLF on call list feature is not supported on the Cisco Unified IP Phone 7940 and Cisco Unified IP Phone 7960."
