Presence via CUPS for multiple clusters on ARC Attendant Console
I have a client that is preparing to implement two 9.0 CUCM clusters - one with UCCE and one for non-CCE staff. On the non-CCE cluster they will be using Enterprise or Premium AC. Both clusters are slated to be AD inegrated. The AC operators do occasionally handle calls that end up on the agent's extensions. They have plans to have CUPS on both clusters and federated so I would imagine that line presence will be exchanged.
Since the directory (AD) is visible to both clusters, and line Presence information should be exchanged via the federation, will the AC operator be able to see the state of the agents lines? Will the subscriiption for the ACD line in any way interfere with CCE?
