I have users, who are agents in CRS running IPPA. When they press transfer, the call gets cut off. It was working ysterday ... not today?
Any ideas helpful

Hello Chris,
have you checked if your Media Resources are active?
Can they still put the call on hold?

Yes, they have available resources. The strange thing is that the problem has now gone away. We're thinking that this might be a network issue, where the SCCP traffic is being lost due to excessive network traffic.
We'll wait and see.
