I have a customer who wants to record some staff calls but he only has a proportion of handsets which include a built in bridge (7965G). These are EM users and I wonder if there is a way to prevent EM users logging in to the phones which do not support BIB (7960G).
No, there is not way to make it possible, unless you completly disallow EM login from those phones for anyone by removing EM service subscription from it,
