I have a range of 200 DID numbers. 2200 thru 2399 I am programming Two PRI's how do I tell the first PRI to accept a call from 22XX and /or 23XX and visa versa for the second?

Are you trying to send an outbound call from phone 22XX out PRI#1 AND 23xx OUT pri#2 ?

You cannot, inbound calls are controlled by the Telco, you need to let them know which PRI you want to associated the DID range with. Usually when you have 2 or more PRIs terminated at the same location you arrange Trunk group with the Telco where they send calls on both PRIs, depending which one has available ports.
