PRI Call forwarding issue

Hi,

We are using two 3845 router, one in HQ and other one in Remote side,

3845 HO(E1 PRI) plar 900 ==>Point to point connectivity with ospf running ==> 3845 Remote side(TCL IVR running) IVR pilot 900.

HO 3845 E1 RO:   

dial-peer voice 8004 voip
description ****Towards Remote IVR on V 3845 RO****
destination-pattern 900$
session target ipv4:10.X.XX.1
voice-class codec 1
dtmf-relay rtp-nte h245-signal h245-alphanumeric
no vad

!

Voice-port 0/1/0:15

connecplar plar 900

!

Call not movng towards this ip, ping, traceroute, and all routing checked and ok but issue exists.

I have tried to do this in reverse scenario, remote side fxo call forward towards HO RO IVR, Calls working.

Any suggestions.

Hi HK,

Is this debug taken from remote site 3845 gateway ?

Can you also share the running config of that to correlate. intially dial-peer 6009 is matched and we get cause code 21 - call reject and then the gateway tries to route the call through dial-peer 6003 and we get this casue code 102 which is timeout error due to any of the following reason:

Typical scenarios include:

No H.323 call proceeding

No H.323 alerting or connect message received from the terminating gateway

Invite expires timer reached maximum number of retries allowed

Also share the debug from HQ gateway along with remote site gw.

Thanks for your reply, i have checked that debug as well, and forund error 102. Can you please tell me what to do with it. i tried to find solutions for this but no suitable solution found.

No, this debug is taken from PRI gateway.

Hi,

Issue resolved by adding HO CUBE router ip in (voice service voip) ip trusted list on remote side gateway.

Call hitting on Remote gateway, but remote router rejects the call. So after adding, it starts working.
