PRI calls failing in SRST/H323 mode

I have a 2921 VGW that has a PRI , everything works on MGCP mode, if i fail it to SRST or convert completely to a H323 calls out to PRI and inboud are failing. attached are detailed logs of isdn q931 and debug voip ccapi all.

What is interesting is when calling out to PRI ( in H323) there is no activity on q931 debugs...which is very strange...pots dialpeers are correct and shows that the dial peer is matched in debug ccapi. Inbound on PRI shows call hiting B channel on PRI and then fails with a unique message that says duplicate setup.

L3_GetUser_NLCB: DUPLICATE SETUP, message ignored

logs attached. This issue has my mind jolted ...i can think beyond a ios issue.. any input will be appriciated.

Just see / cross check these commands  in your voice gateway...

ccm-manager fallback-mgcp

application

global

service alternate default

dial-peer voice 2 pots

translation-profile incoming LD-OUT

destination-pattern 0T

incoming called-number .(dot)

direct-inward-dial

port 0/2/0:23

forward-digits all

Also to cross check what is your/users Voip number (4 or 5 or 6 digit) and what is your PRI Board number or your DID??

That bug is on ver 12.4 this is 15.0...

From the logs, it look slike the call is looped. When extension 4002 calls 919....The call appears to come back from 919...to 4002. Does this happen only to this extension or does this affects all calls in SRST
