PRI in Gateway H323 issue loop DN

Hi all,

I have a problem and I don`t see the solution in CUCM and Voice Gateway.

I have two different DIDs assign to hunt groups with different members in each one.

When I call to a DID with number XXX XX X4 07, I see the call enter into the voice gateway and suddenly appear a call from XXX XX XX X4 00 to XXX XX X4 07 one after another until all channels os PRI ports are completed and after the debug in voice gateway show me: "The user is busy" and all channel are free again.

Same things happen If I call from my mobile or other PSTN number to  XXX XX XX X4 00.

I check all the configuration of CUCM and voice gateway, I don't see neither Call Forward All, Translation Pattern or Route Pattern genereting the loop.

I attach the traces from Voice Gateway calling at this two DIDs.

What telephone numbers are configured on your ISDN PRI?
Is configured a range of 100 numbers?

Calling Party Number i = 0x0183, '917799400'
Called Party Number i = 0xA1, '917799407'

Do you have the range 9177994xx?

In this case your gateway sends a call to the provider and the provider resends the call to you. It's a loop.

I had a similar problem in the past.

I think this because during loop the calling number is overrided by the provider.

At the end I could find the loop in the voice gateway.

There was a dial peer pots in for incoming call like:


dial-peer voice 1002 pots
destination-pattern 0.T

incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:15

And I changed by:


dial-peer voice 1002 pots
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:15

The loop disappear and all is working fine again.
