I have a customer that is upgrading from 4.1.3 CallManager to 4.3.X. My customer cannot find the original "Private Password Phrase" for the original install, nor can they find the SQL password. Is there a utility that I can use to synchronize all of these passwords for their current system? I can't remember if there is utility in the utils directory on the CallManager or not.

It has been a while but I think you can reset the private password phrase using the Admin utility:
You only need to run this tool on the Publisher and you will want to run it after hours as it will restart services.
