I have a customer that is upgrading from 4.1.3 CallManager to 4.3.X. My customer cannot find the original "Private Password Phrase" for the original install, nor can they find the SQL password. Is there a utility that I can use to synchronize all of these passwords for their current system? I can't remember if there is utility in the utils directory on the CallManager or not.
This is a bit dated material (as 4.1.3 is a bit dated itself). The technote is focused on the SqlSvc account but it is indeed changing the Private Password phrase. This password phrase is used to autogen the service account passwords (among other things).
