I Have a problem calling this one 800 number. When I call it from my office the number just rings. When I call it from a phone outside my office the greeting picks up right away. I used to be able to call this in the past. I can call other 800 numbers with no problem
I checked the GW and looked at the logs are the same from the 2 800 numbers. I'm thinking it's a provider issue at this point.
