Santiago,

your problem description is not very clear.

are you sure you have 037x coming from PSTN (inbound), in which case I am assuming you are stripping down to 4 digits using a translation set "translate-outgoing called 1" as on dial-peer 37? what does this translation look like?

how many digits are youn internal extensions?

can you paste the complete configuration in.?

Thanks

Santiago,

so If I understand this correctly:

-you have a PBX on port 1/0, with some analog phones that need to make an external  call in  037XXXXX range, and currently that does not work

a-where is you incoming pots dial-peer for all incoming calls on port 1/0?

b-where is you pots dial-peer that directs external calls to PSTN (on port 2/0)?

if you are on the gateway and do a show dialplan number 03712345 what dial-peer is being hit? Also can you do a debug voip dialpeer and make an outbound call to 03712345 from one of the analog phones on the PBX.

Thanks

Hello Dennis thanks you.

My answer below

a-where is you incoming pots dial-peer for all incoming calls on port 1/0?

dial-peer voice 830 pots
preference 5
destination-pattern 73...
progress_ind alert enable 8
progress_ind progress enable 8
progress_ind connect enable 8
port 1/0:0
forward-digits all
no register e164

b-where is you pots dial-peer that directs external calls to PSTN (on port 2/0)

!
dial-peer voice 840 pots
destination-pattern 09T
progress_ind alert enable 8
progress_ind progress enable 8
progress_ind connect enable 8
port 0/2/0:0
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
no register e164

if you are on the gateway and do a show dialplan number 03712345 what dial-peer is being hit? This go to dial-peer voice 37 voip

dial-peer voice 37 voip
destination-pattern 037.
translate-outgoing called 8
voice-class h323 1
session target ipv4:10.40.7.3
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
codec g711ulaw
fax rate 9600
ip qos dscp cs5 media
no vad

Also can you do a debug voip dialpeer and make an outbound call to 03712345 from one of the analog phones on the PBX.

I can get this tomorrow.

Hello Dennis I already resolve my problem I change that PBX dial 8037XXXXX and add dial-peer for that.

Thanks

Best Regards
