Hi,
Believe me it's a provider issue.
Provider sends a RX, 'channel not available'. Provider has to tell you why they send this message. There must be a reason for it. And again, THEY send this message! Not you!
Several years ago I had a similar issue, and customer wanted to throw out Cisco, because provider says they are not blocking channels etc, finally customer wanted to sue provider, and then provider changed some equipment and all was solved.
And 1 year ago, with another customer, same issue. Provider says, they don't block channels, I told my customer, that it is a problem with the provider, and I can do nothing, and it's up to customer and provider.
After a week or so engineer from provider comes on site, does something and viola, it works! (a year without issues now)
Good luck!
Bye,
Jan

Hi Tommy,
I can see lot of slips and error seconds in E1 controller output.
Please check the clocking [network clock-participate] as suggested by Nadeem as well.

Hi Aman ,
here is the network clock configuration

Priority Clock Source Clock State Clock Type

Hi Tommy,
ideally , the output should be somewhat like this
sh network-clocks
Network Clock Configuration
---------------------------
Priority Clock Source Clock State Clock Type
1 E1 0/3/0 GOOD E1
10 Backplane GOOD PLL
Current Primary Clock Source
---------------------------
Priority Clock Source Clock State Clock Type
1 E1 0/3/0 GOOD E1
it seems that clock is not coming.
can you configure the command network-clock-select 1 E1 0/3/0 and then, share again output?
regds,
aman
