Problem getting "Jabra M5390 Multiuse" to work with CIPC

Hello everyone,

I am currently facing some difficulties using "Jabra M5390 Multiuse" with Cisco IP Communicator on one of my computers,

All my computers have identical configuration and setup, however on one of them, CIPC doesn't display "Jabra" as one of the available options to choose from, although the headset is listed as a valid Playback / Recording Device in Windows, and it works fine with other programs.

I have similar issue with my Dell laptop basically I cant hear and called party even to me, at this time you may already solved this issue any idea how to set the audio wizard in this case? I can hear the dial tone and ring back, but once the audio start then it goes to silence.
