problem in 7911 with cucm 8

Hello,

i Have register one ip phone 7911 with cucm 8.0.2 version but after upgrade and restart the phone it shows me extension  and then unregister

when again i tyr to register with cucm, it showing upgrading window on ip phone screen but not moving ahead from that.

it has stuck at there.

what cna i do to resolve this issue

Is this only affecting one or multiple phones?  If it is only one phone, perhaps an RMA is in order.


If it is affecting multiple phones, check the current running firmware load, and the load that it is trying to ugprade to (Device->Device Settings->Device Defaults). It might be worthwhile to check CCO for an interim load and attempt a two step upgrade.
