Problem to configurate BLF about CUCM 7.1.3.32900-4

Hi Guys,

I am tried to configurate BLF about CUCM 7.1.3.32900-4, but, in phone button template don´t appear in the option <Unassigned Associated Items> the button  Add a new BLF SD

I did the same test in the CUCM 7.1.3.20000-6  and worked fine.

Hi,

I would want to upgrade that UCM to atleast 8.6.2 version as 7.x and 8.0 are EoL and EoS.

Is that an option at all?

Hi Wilson,

This is a bug? I don´t have sure if the contract that Customer have allow upgrade.
