Problem to integrate CUCM 10.5 with UCCX 10.6

Hi Guys,

I am trying to integrate the CUCM 10.5 with UCCX 10.6 and am receiving the follow message:

"Cisco Unified CM Authentication Failed because of CCMAXL expection.
Please check the logs for details"

I created the application user AXL in CUCM, but, I don´t know what permissions is necessary application in the user need have.

Can I help me? I read the procedure below, but, not is detailed as should configure in the CUCM

What is the exact version of UCCX and CUCM you are using there.

Can you try to go on www.cisco.com/go/license

Select get other licenses--> Demo & Evaluation

Cisco Unified Contact Center Demo license

Select 10.6 as version and the feature set you prefer and download it

I inclued in the group Standard CCM Admin Users and worked. Now my problem is with the next step what is about license. I tryed put for 05 licenses models:

ccx90_enh_demo.lic
ccx90_ivr_demo.lic
ccx90_pre_demo.lic
ccx90_std_demo.lic
ccx100_pre_demo.lic

and are appear the same message for alls:

Warning: No valid license feature lines found in the uploaded license(s).

 

Validation completed.

 

The license cannot be added because, either the license config repository cannot be accessed or the license is invalid. Please specify a valid product license to continue.

Yes... 

Licenses contained on installation iso are totally unuseful for 10.6 cause they are for version 9.0 and 10.0 :(

I also opened a Tac in the past for that.

It also happened to me once.

Try to use a differet password that is not on linux dictionary.

As I told for Deepak I not needed change password only included the new group, but, now my problem is about license.

AXL API access role needs to be defined to that user, also check if the AXL web service is activated.

Simply provide Standard CCM Super Users role to the Application User that you are using for AXL communication. Apart from this, just make sure that userid and password match on both the sides i.e., UCCX and CM
