Problem transferring call between CUCM and CME

Hi All

I have an issue that is doing my brain in ! Client has Call Manager 4 at HQ site with an H323 GW with PRI for incoming calls ,they then have a CME/H323 gateway at remote site with BRI`s connected ,incoming calls to the phones on the CME come in via the PRI on the H323 GW rgistered to CM ,the call goes through and the CME user can answer the call ,problem arises when they then try and transfer the call to an offnet number via the BRI`s on the CME ,the call goes through and the offnet phone rings but it just keeps ringing even after the phone is answered. ANy ideas what i need to look at here ?
