Problem with 6945 - dont register in SRST

Hi everybody,

In our office we buy new phones 7965 and 6945, 7965 is working, but the 6945 dosen't work in SRST mode.

Any ideas ??

CUCM - 7.1.5

6945 - SCCP-6945.9-2-2-4

Router - 3925 - Version 15.2(3)T1

Are you sure you are running it as SCCP not SIP?

Can you post "debug ephone register" and "sho run"?

Is the phone registered properly in CUCM and does its device pool reference proper SRST reference?

Yes, is running in SCCP.

in debug shows nothing on the 6945 only the 7965

7965 and 6945 using the same device pool.

Hello Sir,

I am running into the same issue as well. My 6945 phones will not register to CUCM 8.6 with gateway running 15.2(3) T1 code on it running SRST. Did you have any luck getting  those phones registered on SRST mode?
