Information:
I have 3 phone models: 3905 (sip), 6921 (SCCP), 6941 (SCCP)
I have the following route pattern with FAC:
9.00! International
9.0 [2-8] X [2-7] XXXXX
9.9XXXXXXXX
9. [2-7] XXXXXX
9.10X
9080 [0-1]! Number 0800
Callmanager BE version -> 8.6.1.20000-1
Version of phone Fimware -> CP3905.9-2-1-0
Symptoms:
When I call to international numbers or 0800 numbers from the phone model 3905 with the FAC, it holds and there is no routing of the call. But when I disable the FAC of the route-pattern the call is established.
For the other phone models, 6921 and 6941, there is no problem if I make the call to international numbers or 0800 numbers with the FAC enable.

I using the same CUCM version 8.6.2 and FAC and CMC are working with this 3905 firmware!

I've added my +5 votes for this great help
I think the only question that remains here is where did the
CP3905.9-2-2ES1 CUCM files come from as they aren't available
for download. We know that the problem is phone firmware related
and not CUCM or CME version related.
Leonardo, did you have to get these files from TAC directly?

Yes i open a case on TAC and they provide the CP3905.9-2-2ES1.

This 3905.9-2-2ES1 folder ontain APP3905.9-2-2ES1.zz and CP3905.9-2-2ES1.loads files, suported CME only.

Hello Cristian,
You need to upload both files to Cisco Unified OS Administration -> Software Upgrades -> TFTP Files Management. After that you need to restart the TFTP Service from Cisco Unified Serviciability -> Tools -> Control Center - Features Services -> Cisco Tftp. Having done that apply changes in Cisco Unified CM Administration -> Device -> Device Settings -> Device Defaults.

Hello Cristian,
You need to change CP3905.9-2-2-0 in Captura2.JPG to CP3905.9-2-2ES1. After that reset a Cisco SIP IP Phone 3905.

Hello Cristian,
If you want to change the firmware of one IP Phone to test, put the CP3905.9-2-2ES1 at Phone Load Name field at the 3905 IP Phone.
When you install the firmware what was the result that appears after? Sucess?
