Problem with cisco 3905 and FAC

c.carrion

Level 1

Information:

I have 3 phone models: 3905 (sip), 6921 (SCCP), 6941 (SCCP)

I have the following route pattern with FAC:

9.00!                                International

9.0 [2-8] X [2-7] XXXXX

9.9XXXXXXXX

9. [2-7] XXXXXX

9.10X

9080 [0-1]!                       Number 0800

Callmanager BE version -> 8.6.1.20000-1

Version of phone Fimware -> CP3905.9-2-1-0

Symptoms:

When I call to international numbers or 0800 numbers from the phone model 3905 with the FAC, it holds and there is no routing of the call. But when I disable the FAC of the route-pattern the call is established.

For the other phone models, 6921 and 6941, there is no problem if I make the call to international numbers or 0800 numbers with the FAC enable.

Thanks for your help.

Hi

Anybody knows when the IOS 9.2(2)ES1 would be released? Only the cmterm-3905-qed.9-2-2-0.cop.sgn (9.2.(2)) is available and the problem continues.

Hi,

I have the same problem. I have enabled debugs and apparently once the call with the application requesting the FAC, this looks like there is no exchange of digits (DTMFs)

Another issue on Cisco IP Phone 3905 in the scenario is that the clock is not OK.

Scenario:

IOS:c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-4.M1.bin

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express Version 9.1

Cisco IP Phones 3905

Firmware: CP3905.9-2-2ES1

I opened a TAC Case but the problem has not been fixed.

I forgot apply a "create profile" command in "voice register global". After that both issues was fixed.

You can download from: https://hotfile.com/dl/181450233/abafd25/3905.9-2-2ES1.zip.html

Remember that this version is not released yet and could have another Bugs not fixed.

I changed the T302 timer to 5000. The problem continues.
