Problem with CISCO SPA 122

I use the SPA 122 which has the following specs: Version 1.4.1 (002) Model: SPA122, LAN, 2 FXS Product ID: SPA122 Hardware Version: 1.0.0 Firmware Version: 1.4.1 (002) Oct 26 2015 Problem: 1- The software gets corrupted again every few days! 2- When this happens, incoming calls receive/hear busy tone. 3- When this happens, dialing out, via a phone device connected to the SPA122, gives a buy tone three times then I receive the dialing tone.Then calling out is possible! 4- To fix the problem, I have to restore/reload the software configuration. Then everything is okay again. The problem seems internal to the CISCO box, because reloading the configuration software solves the problem, and receiving and issuing calls are normal again. Can any one help please with how to solve this annoying problem? Thanks

Have created the problem for discussion at the small business group. Thank you for this good hint.

Have re-adjusted the T1 value of SIP parameter to 5 (instead of .5). I will re-check in the coming few days to see if this helps. Thanks.
