problem with downgrade firmware for 7941G CME 4.1(0)

Hello

To correct time stamp on 7941G phones I have to downgrade firmware 8.3 to 7.0(2).

A have all files on flash but when the phone boots up I see these message in log:

037528: *Apr 21 14:01:40.772: 6: Name=SEP001DA2B806EC Load= SCCP41.8-3-1S File Not Found: TERM41.7-0-2-0S

But I can make: more flash:TERM41.7-0-2-0S and I can see this file content.

I have below messages when I type cnf-create command:

CME_ZM_Warsaw(config-telephony)#create cnf-files

CNF file creation is already On

Updating CNF files

CNF-FILES: Clock is not set or synchronized, retaining old versionStamps

CNF files update complete

Where should I look for a solution ??

Did you make the TERM41.7 file available to download via the 'tftp-server' command?

Yes I did.

Here You are my configuration:

tftp-server flash:TERM41.7-0-2-0S.loads

telephony-service

load 7941 TERM41.7-0-2-0S

Directory of flash:/

40 -rw- 591 Apr 21 2008 14:58:48 +02:00 TERM41.7-0-2-0S.loads

And I stil have the same log messsage:

038267: *Apr 22 08:28:45.428: 6: Name=SEP001DA2B806EC Load= SCCP41.8-3-1S File Not Found: TERM41.7-0-2-0S
