problem with extension mobility

Hi

I already configure 8945 device profile for EM in cucm 8.6 and done all steps ,when I logging from the same 8945 it's logged successfully but the problem is when I try to logging from another ip-phone series ex: 6921-7975-7931 it's failed.

What happens when you try and login on a 6921 phone?  Any error messages?  What firmware is the 6921 using?  If it's 9-3-3 you need to have installed the device pack for all features to work.

Also, have you created a Default Device Profile for the other phone models? I do not believe most of those model support Feature Safe/Line Safe so they would need a Default profile of that model to consume instead.

i am also getting similar error for few 7942 phones at the time of login to the EM.

As per Cisco documents, the error is related to the URL configured for EM services; but if that is the case than all of my phones should give similar error which is not the case.
