Problem with IP Communicator through the VPN ASA

Hi voice team, when i make a VPN using cisco vpn client, i can register my ip communicator on remote network and make calls to another cisco deskphone, but when i make a call with another cisco Ip communicator, i can hear and see other person, but he doesn't see me and don't listen to me.

Occurs just from Ip communicator to ip communicator.

Hello Thiago,

The IP Phones are in the same network of the CIPC?

From the VPN you have ip routing enabled to the network where the CIPC is configured?

Hi, the Ip phones are not in the same network, but i can make a call normally with cicp and ip phones, because are vlans configured and all network can see each other.

Yes, i have enable the ip routing to the network.

But from the VPN Network can ping the ip IP of notebook or computer that CIPC is installed?

Yes, i can ping the other network.
