problem with RSVP inter-cluster locations

Hello everybody!

I use two CUCMs 9.1 and two routers: 2911 and 881 - for testing of RSVP locations.

on routers I have the same MTP profiles.

881:

sh run | sec sccp|dspfarm

sccp local Loopback0
sccp ccm 192.168.254.2 identifier 78 priority 1 version 7.0
sccp

sccp ccm group 78
 bind interface Loopback0
 associate ccm 78 priority 1
 associate profile 782 register S4-729-MTP
 associate profile 781 register S4-711-MTP
dspfarm profile 781 mtp
 codec pass-through
 codec g711ulaw
 rsvp
 maximum sessions software 50
 associate application SCCP
dspfarm profile 782 mtp
 codec g729ar8
 codec g729r8
 codec pass-through
 rsvp
 maximum sessions software 50
 associate application SCCP

and 2911:

sh run | sec sccp|dspfarm

sccp local Loopback0

sccp ccm 192.168.254.2 identifier 1 version 7.0
sccp

sccp ccm group 1
 bind interface Loopback0
 associate ccm 1 priority 1
 associate profile 1 register S2-G711-MTP
 associate profile 2 register S2-G729-MTP
dspfarm profile 1 mtp
 codec pass-through
 codec g711ulaw
 rsvp
 maximum sessions software 50
 associate application SCCP
dspfarm profile 2 mtp
 codec pass-through
 codec g729r8
 codec g729ar8
 rsvp
 maximum sessions software 50
 associate application SCCP

both pairs of MTP are registered successfully.

I try to call from the phone behind 881 to the phone behind 2911. phone is ringing. but when I picks the phone I hear a busy carrier on both sides.

and on the 881 I see:

Mar 26 10:21:28.524: //-1/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/CCAPI/ccIFCallSetupRequestPrivate:
   Bad argument: vdbPtr != NULL

don't know where to dig.

i have 2 clusters. the cluster above (with MTPs on 881 and 2911) and cluster 2 (with MTPs on ther 2911s). and I have intra-cluster RSVP locations too. and I have the same problem when trying to call to/from the phone behind 881.

is it the limitation of voice IOS on 881? or what?

please, help me in understanding :)
