Problem with voice quality - IP Communicator

I have a IP communicator installed on  Lenovo T510i , it seems like whenever I call, person on the other site hears me vioce with additional noise. I have tried different micfrophones, no luck, upgrading to newer  version did not help either. Here is full spec of my pc.

Hi, Try to reduce the Microphone Boost Value in the Sounde device properties for microphone.

Thanks for reply,  I got late repsonse from my client, reducing boost did not solve this problem.
