Problems setting Call Forward All as a Hunt Pilot in a DN

Hi,

We have a cluster with two CUCM servers System version: 6.1.4.1000-10.

I am trying to apply a Call Forward All from a Directory Number to a Hunt Pilot but it doesn't work, so I am applying the DN assigned to a Hunt Pilot in the destination field.

I think it's not a problem with CSS in Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings inside DN configuration web page.

Is this configuration a correct possibility?
If not, how could I implement a call forward all from one IP Phone with one DN to a set of several IP Phones?

Yes, that's supported and we also provide the CF no coverage field if you need special routing.

The only thing that could prevent that from working would be the CSS/partitions from CFA. Review them and make sure they're correct.

What happens if you dial that hunt pilot from the phone?

Hi Raul,

Does it read on the IP phone display that the call has been forwarded to the hunt pilot DN? If it does then what do you hear when you dial the IP phone extension on which call forwarding is enabled?

Like Java nicely noted (+5 Java)

Try setting the Call Forward CSS to the same level as the

phone CSS to allow CFWDALL to the Hunt Pilot DN.
