Hello,
i have a problem with a 7937 conferencingstation. The system ist a Cisco 2821 service-integrated router with CME 8.1.
On the 7937 conderencingstation, i can establish an ad-hoc conference with two phones. The Problem is to add a incoming phonecall to the conference. I tried to use the sw-key "Confrn", but then i have to dial a phonenumber, instead of adding the incoming call to the conference.
Do i have to configure something i forgot? multi ad-hoc conferencing?

Hi Kenjie,
That is working as designed
You have two choices here;
1. Set up the External call first before setting up the internal ad-hoc portion
or
2. Use the Select Softkey and Join Softkey to add the External call to the
existing conference as described in these two great threads;

Hi,
thank you for your explanation. i configured a lab with same configuration, it looks like their is a problem with ad-hoc conferencing, when an octo-line is configured on the conferencingstation. I changed it back to a dual-line and it worked fine; for three participants.
But now i have one problem, the final step would be to configure hardware conferencing. But this i will discuss in a new thread.
Thank you, you links helped me great too.
