Problems with Conferencing and extension mobility

Hi,

I am looking for a solution on Conferencing feature for 7975 & 7942 phones while logged on to extension mobility. 

Problem - when using extension mobility on a 7900 phone. I am unable to do a conference, not receiving any error. But when pressing conference soft key to add the third party. The call that is being added gets dropped from the conference call.

When not logged in EM conference call is working as expected. I would really appreciate if anyone has any resolution.

I have checked in the Device Profile > Line >  Maximum Number of Calls options, and the number is set to 3.

Does this work on other phones?  also do the phones have conference media resources assigned to their respective Media resource group lists?

It had to do with the call recording profile, you can't conference someone with a recording profile while you already have the recording happening, work around was to give them another extension to conference in that is not being recorded.
